Edinburgh Cup:
Pilrig win the 2006 Edinburgh Cup with
a narrow win over Craigentinny at Goldenacre.
Wins for Scott Rogers, Chris Stevens
and John Geddes along with a last bowl trail on the white by Davie
Pool to level his match, gave Pilrig the 7 -5 score line.
Craigentinny winning rinks on the day were Stuart Fleming and Willie

Edinburgh Cup Final:
Parkside lift the Edinburgh Cup,
winning 8 - 5 against Tanfield at Dudley Bowling Club on Saturday.
Parkside enjoyed 4 winning rinks to make up the 8 points while
Tanfield's total came from 2 winning rinks and the aggregate score.
